Healthy Chocolate Ice Cream

This chocolate ice cream is a decadent frozen treat that will satisfy any sweet craving! 

Serves: 2

Total Time: 5 minutes


  • 3 peeled, sliced, & frozen bananas, ripened
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp peanut or almond butter (optional)
  • Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip bakebars, as topping


      1. Add all ingredients to high-speed blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. (milk or milk alternative can be added if the mixture is too thick for your blender to process.)
      2. Ice cream can be immediately eaten as soft serve, or can be placed in the freezer for at least 2 hours to harden into ice cream. 
      3. Scoop ice cream, top with crumbled bakebars, or your choice of topping, and serve!

    *Ice cream can be kept in freezer for about 2 weeks.
